Dr. Kevin W. Hulseberg, M.D. is a board certified ophthalmologist who has cared for eyes in the Holyoke area since 1996 — from comprehensive exams to cataract surgery, with an optical shop on site.
Patients are given courteous, prompt care — a person’s time is important.
We accept cash, personal checks, debit card, American Express®, MasterCard®, Visa® and Discover®.
We participate with VSP® Vision Care, Medicare and Medicaid, and most insurances are accepted. Check with our staff about other coverage.

Dr. Hulseberg is specially trained to diagnose and treat problems of the eye, such as cataracts, glaucoma and retinal diseases. He has been in practice in the Holyoke area since 1996 and is skilled in delicate eye surgery for treatment of all eye disorders and diseases.
Dr. Hulseberg enjoys helping people and believes patients come first. A person’s time is important, and each patient is given courteous and prompt care.
We offer a wide range of styles to accommodate all ages and budgets. Some of our many frames are from Adidas, Converse, Guess, Kensie, Max & Co, Nautica, Nine West, Elle and others. Many vision plans are accepted.
Appointments are required for optical services — we are unable to take walk-ins. Call 413-536-8670 to schedule. Pick-ups of finished glasses without seeing the optician are walk-in, but please call ahead so your order is dispense-ready.

Holyoke Medical Center profiled a patient whose cataracts were treated with a bifocal lens implant performed by Dr. Hulseberg. “I had bifocal contact lenses before my surgery, and my eyes couldn’t adjust to a mono lens,” she said. “Now I see fine.”
